A. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.

•  To receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee, guests must cancel at least 15
  days before check-in
• If a guest cancels between 7 and 15 days before check-in, 50% for all nights will be
  charged.
•  If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, 100% for all nights will be
  charged.

A. Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay.

•  Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar of soap and hand soap
•  3 rolls of toilet paper
•  1 roll of paper towels
•  kitchen trash bags
• All purpose cleaner
• kitchen towels and dish sponge
•  Basic cookware

A.  All basic kitchen items.   Coffee maker, blender on request, dinnerware, drinkware,
wine glasses, utensils/flatware, pots & pans.  We do not provide grocery items and
seasonings.  We do provide starter coffee, creamer, sugar and sweetener.  These are only
to get you through until you can go to the store.  Please bring your own groceries,
seasonings, and coffee.

A. We provide all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linens.  Bathrooms are stocked with
plenty of plush bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.  Kitchen drying hand towels
and cleaning cloths are provided.

A. The maximum number of people per unit varies.  Each unit will have the maximum
number of people noted.  Infants count towards the maximum number because of the space needed for a portable crib.

A.  Smoking is allowed outside your unit.  Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed inside and a $350 fine will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit.

A. We are sorry, but we are unable to allow pets.  We enforce a strict no pet policy mostly for safety and allergies.  There is a $350 fine if there is any trace of a pet found in a unit. Two Spaces There is an onsite standard poodle service dog named Mateo for the manager that lives on the property.
